Rearing:
Easy, suitable for newcomers and even children. Keep warm and clean, in well ventilated plastic containers. Let the containers grow with the caterpillars. Especially in the final instar the large caterpillars will have quite the appetite and will require large quantities of food. Make sure not to stuff too many leaves in a too small container. This will cause a lot of condensation which may get your animals sick. Ready to pupate within 4 weeks. The pupal stage is short (2 to 3 weeks). The warmer the faster they develop.
