only recently (2018) described from western Colombia

Wingspan:

28- 40 mm

Season:

broods continuously in captivity

Food plants:

Morus species are preferred, older caterpillars reluctantly accept Ficus benjamina (however growth becomes much slower)

Rearing:

very easy. Because of the small size best kept in small, well ventilated, plastic containers. Keep warm. The life cycle is fast. The caterpillars are fully grown in 21 -25 days. Pupal stage is equally short (approximately 10 days).
