this species was taken in western Colombia 

Wingspan:

around four centimeter for the males

Season:

depending on your rearing conditions, caterpillars grow fast during summer months, but the moths emerge rather irregularly and quite many pupae will go dormant for several months

Food plants:

In captivity on Salix cinerea

Rearing:

easy in well ventilated, plastic containers. Do appreciate warm, summer temperatures. Fast growing caterpillars (pupating within five weeks).
