Pachysphinx
It's fun to rear a Pachysphinx. The two species from the United States and Mexico (or 3 if you consider peninsularis as a species) are large. What the caterpillars lack in color (they are related to Smerinthus after al) they make up in size. On top of that: easy, very easy. These are species for newcomers. Even children can rear them. The only thing you need is a smooth leaved Poplar (Populus) or willow (Salix).
