Pachymetana is an African genus of small to at best medium sized Lappets. The early stages are still unknown for most of the ten species, except for horridula which is on this website. The rearing is not particular difficult, however the first instar is rather small. Getting them to eat can be tricky as they cannot chew ticker pine needles. You can work around this by starting on Picea and when they are older by switching to Pinus. That worked for horridula. Of course, I have no idea if the other species are as lenient.
