Kunugia

The Kunugia are medium to large sized Lappets closely related to the Dendrolimus genus. All members occur in Asia. Unless I've missed a few new descriptions, there are now 35 species.

The rearing of Kunugia species is pretty straightforward, however check carefully their life cycle. Some brood continuously, while others have overwintering eggs. The species most often available, Kunugia undans, for example overwinters as egg.
